The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to the historical town center and market area. A lot of delicious and plentiful meals for breakfast. - the staff was genuinely helpful and very friendly. - I had a real good stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Spotless, hip new hotel. Impressive and new-fashioned room with best pillows, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT position. A lovely building in the center of Villafranca Del Bierzo. Also, close to the river that runs through the town.

Liked the place, had a lovely stay by another night. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. The room we got was good sized with best pillows, everything was fantastic. It had convenient decor. All of the stuff were incredibly kind.

The hotel is beautiful and really cute. The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are great-sized. The breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of excellent food. The location is favorable and perfect, in a calm area near the center of town and the river Burbia bridge. Private parking nearby is provided. Efficient check-in.

I had a really good time during my one-night stay at Las Donas Del Portazgo. I thoroughly enjoyed the French-style building and the tastefully decorated room with air conditioning. the location was very central, right next to tavernas, the town square, and a beautiful valley in Northern Spain.

The room wes beautifully decorated, great amenity s,reception and location.

The hotel was a lovely small boutique hotel, the staff were very helpful but had very little English so translations wern' easy at all. Beautiful rooms, beds and bed linen. Very suitable for couples.

We found the hotel difficult to locate and everyone we asked had difficulty directing us, some had never heard of it. Actually outsde it is called "Las Donas". Lacking in some facilites like a bar, though they do provide beers and wine etc. Would certainly return to this hotel if we were in the area again and had some time to enjoy it properly.

Ensure you book a twin/double room featuring bidets and a shower, as well as a balcony, and it's just a short 15-minute walk to the bus station.

All the staff were courteous and really helpfull - nothing was too much for them and everthything was done with a smile

There is nothing negative about this hotel - sorry we only stayed one night I would have liked to been there longer.

The place was overall clean with a nice view of the town. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room had central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. It was a perfect stay, so we decided to add another night.
